Associate – Maryland Mr. Perry has expertise in community and organizational
development, leadership, and human resource management. His experience allows him to assess, design, implement, and evaluate effective programs to increase organizational productivity and improve the quality of the work experience. He is a member of the American Society of Public Administration, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People, and the National Center for Neighborhood Enterprises.
