Eva Young develops and delivers technical assistance and training programs to a wide range of clients including the U.S. Center for Substance Abuse Prevention, National Multi-Cultural Institute, U.S. Defense Intelligence Agency, and the Annie E. Casey Foundation. Ms. Young has served as the Executive Director of the National Volunteer Training Center. She is a graduate of the National University of Mexico, Jussieu VII-La Sorbonne and the Community Fellows Program of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Cambridge, MA. She currently serves as a member of the District of Columbia Commission on Latino Community Development.
