Associate – Virginia Mr. Hickman has expertise in diversity, organizational development, training of trainers, community collaboration, and curriculum design. He was the primary author and editor for BoardWALK – a 15 volume series of workshops on non-profit board development and for MANAGE – a one week non-profit executive director training program. He also wrote "The Game of Volunteer Management" – a board game for the American Association of Retired Persons (AARP).
